About Coco
Meet Your Coach
I’m Matthew “Coco” Pacheco — a veteran, NPTI® Certified Personal Trainer, former IFBB Pro®, and the founding coach of Offline Personal Training.
I didn’t plan on becoming a trainer. Everything changed after losing my dad to poor health and seeing how quickly life can shift when health isn’t a priority. That loss pushed me to take control of my own health, and ultimately inspired the mission behind Offline Personal Training.
Today, I coach with one focus: reshaping the mindset, habits, nutrition and movement that make a healthier life inevitable.
